EcoSteps
As sustainability specialists, Equitis understand the importance of taking a holistic approach to managing carbon emissions. We developed EcoSteps to help guide our clients towards continuous improvement.
The principle of setting targets, measuring their impact and reporting outcomes is fundamental to our work. Equitis provides an ecosystem of tools to help take the right steps, while also making sure positive change is achieved at the right level.
Case Study
The Equitis EcoSteps methodology provides structure to our products. For example, in the Building Carbon Footprint (BCF). The product is designed to help the building manager to work with occupiers to reduce carbon. The BCF metric is used to inform and develop a carbon reduction programme that follows the EcoSteps.
After a client commits to want to improve their asset, we measure the carbon footprint of the building at status quo. We assess the results, define opportunities and provide a decarbonisation plan. The client is invited to implement recommendations and to report results, before the building is assessed again and a new EcoStepTM cycle begins. With each cycle, asset performance improves and emissions are reduced.

Take the first step toward a sustainable future with EcoSteps™—commit to reducing your carbon footprint, measure your impact, and implement actionable strategies to drive lasting change. Start your journey today and transform your organisation into a powerful force for sustainability
